Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@gardapis.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned items and confirm their condition, we will process your refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
